Re: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT

In connection with the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT, notice is hereby served of the following amendments / clarifications to the Bid Documents, to wit:

To clarify and/or explain any of the requirements, terms, conditions and specifications stipulated in the bidding documents, a Pre-bid Conference shall be held beginning 10:00am of September 16, 2011 at the PHilMech Liaison Office, 3rd Floor, ATI Bldg. Elliptical Road Diliman Quezon City.

The Bids and Eligibility Documents shall be submitted and opened at the PHilMech Liaison Office, 3rd floor, ATI Bldg., Elliptical Road Diliman Quezon City at exactly 10:00 in the morning of September 26, 2011. The participating bidders, in conformity with the single stage bidding variation with post-qualification shall simultaneously submit the eligibility and bid envelopes during the bidding conference and shall attend the opening of bids.
